Mobile Universe offers a 10 day return policy on selected
items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information
not listed, please contact your Mobile Universe account manager.
To return a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number before shipping your product. This can
be obtained through your account manager or our returns department.
NO return of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
You have 10 days to obtain an RMA number. No return will be
accepted without an RMA number. After you receive an RMA number
you must ship the product to our return center within 5 days.
The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. All packages
without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.

General Terms
Each product is covered by the manufacturers
warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective
within 10 days of the date of the invoice, we can assist
you with the repair or exchange of that item under the terms
of the manufacturer's warranty. After 10 days the manufacturers
warranty applies.
Certain manufacturers return policies require you to contact
them directly for repair or replacements of their products.
Our sales representatives can advise you on these matters
prior to purchase. Please be sure to ask.
If you need to return a product that is unopened, you may
return it for exchange or refund within 10 days of the date
of your invoice (if permitted under the manufacturers
return policy), subject to a 15% restocking fee.
When a package (other than software) is opened and/or factory
seals broken and the product is deemed returnable, you can
return it for exchange or credit within 10 days. All non-defective
open-box returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We can only accept software returns if the package is unopened.
Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange
within 10 days of the invoice date. Multiple software licenses
cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized
by the manufacturer. Multiple licenses may not be returned
beyond 30 days for any reason.
All items returned must:
- Be 100% complete with original UPC codes
intact.
- Contain all original manufacturer boxes
(with UPC codes intact) and packing materials.
- Contain all instruction manuals, blank
warranty cards, documentation, etc. originally shipped
with the item.
- Contain all cables, accessories and other
parts originally shipped with the item.
- Incomplete returns will result in delaying
the process of the refund and possible extra restocking
charges.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method.
We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment
in case it is lost or damaged.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it
back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the
package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery
record in order for Mobile Universe to file a damage claim.
Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it
arrived in, notify Mobile Universe immediately to arrange
for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
If you do not notify Mobile Universe of damaged goods within
the first 10 days of arrival, our regular return policy
will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all
current manufacturer restrictions. Call Number or your Mobile
Universe account manager to arrange for carrier inspection
and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects
and processes the return, generally in 24 hours. If purchased
by credit card, your credit card company determines when
the credit will be reflected in your account.
Replacement items will be shipped in the same method as
the original order.
A replacement item will normally be shipped upon receipt
of the return item.
A replacement item will not be shipped until payment is
received for the original purchase.
If you request a replacement item to be shipped before we
receive your return item, your credit card will be charged
a second time for the replacement item. We will issue a
credit at the time we receive of the returned item.
Credit Cards
Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipment.
Mobile Universe does not apply any surcharge for credit
cards.
